PRIVATE SESSION
Private Pilates lessons are an elevated, one on one experience to give your body exactly what it needs. We will utilize our fully equipped studio of Balanced Body apparatus. Appointments are booked directly with your teacher. New clients are encouraged to start with 1:1 sessions to talk about goals and familiarize with the Pilates method and system of apparatus.

SEMI-PRIVATE PILATES
Our semi-private Pilates classes are personal, hands-on small group classes tailored exactly to you and the group. All of our classes are capped at 4 people for a truly personal experience. Classes utilize the whole Pilates system—mat, reformer, tower, spine corrector, chair, magic circle and more! Knowledge of the Pilates system is helpful as these are designed to have a steady flow.
